Idean Cluster is an online educational platform, which offers personalised training on Translation and Integrative Neuroscience at secondary and tertiary, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

The platform carries a very large amount of information on the aforementioned subject matter (ranging from Philosophy and Art to Neurobiology, Behavioural and Communication Sciences, and Clinical Neurosciences), with English as the base language, while its transmission is achieved through a variety of online, cutting-edge audiovisual media (e.g. e-books/ articles/ 3D images/ user-interactive diagrams, video presentations and lectures, virtual reality sessions) and a range of educational approaches (e.g. theoretical training, practical applications, assignment of individual and group work) and tools (e.g. simulation sessions, online communication with co-learners and trainers).

The project is divided into 6 working modules :

(1) Development of a core body of academic content,

(2) Development of web platform infrastructure,

(3) Development of multimedia tools for the web platform,

(4) Development of methodologies to personalise the training of users of the online platform,

(5) Publicity and dissemination activities of the online platform,

(6) Project coordination and planning.
